Maria Sainz is a Christian author, speaker, ordained minister and spiritual mentor based in San Diego, California. With her husband Rick, she co-founded Red Seal Ministries and teaches on healing, freedom, identity, deliverance, discipleship, spiritual gifts and spiritual maturity in Jesus.
She serves churches, conferences, retreats, ministry leaders and believers who want more than inspiration — who want to be equipped, healed, freed and sent. Her ministry carries a simple conviction: what Jesus did, He still does.

Maria Sainz was raised in San Diego, California in a Catholic family with a deep love for beauty. Drawn early to the arts, she studied architecture and design and stepped, for a season, into theater and ballet — early formation in creativity, discipline and story that still shapes how she communicates today.
As a young woman she moved through different religions and spiritual paths in an honest search for the God she could sense but had not yet met. After graduating from UCLA she began experiencing severe anxiety and insomnia — a soul coming to the end of what it could carry alone. A friend invited her to a church in Westwood, California, and there Maria received Jesus.
The turning point came in a small back room at a local Vineyard church, where she was prayed for after a healing meeting. That day she received a powerful impartation of the Holy Spirit — she was freed from the anxiety, and a gift of healing was ignited that has marked her ministry ever since.
Marriage to Rick Sainz became a shared calling. In 2015 Maria and Rick were ordained and founded Red Seal Ministries in San Diego — an equipping community centered on the sealing love of the Father, the finished work of Jesus and the present power of the Holy Spirit. Shortly after Red Seal was born, Maria was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Five months later, on the last day of a two-week mission with Randy Clark and Global Awakening in Brazil, Maria received a miracle healing and returned home cancer-free. That story became the seedbed of her book, Miracles Still Happen, and the catalyst for a ministry that has since seen hundreds healed of incurable diseases and many set free from demonic oppression.
Today Maria hosts the yearly RESTORED conferences for healing and deliverance and mentors believers online and in person. She continues to co-lead Red Seal Ministries with Rick and is passionate about raising up a generation who walks in their gifts, callings and identity in Christ Jesus — believers who are not only delivered but discipled, not only gifted but mature.
