Raised Catholic and later searching through other religions, she received Christ at a church in Westwood and encountered the Holy Spirit in a broom-closet prayer at a Vineyard church — an impartation that ignited a lifelong healing ministry. She and her husband Rick founded Red Seal Ministries in San Diego in 2015. Five months after a breast-cancer diagnosis she was miraculously healed on a Global Awakening trip in Brazil with Randy Clark. Today she hosts the yearly RESTORED conferences and equips believers through online mentorships.

Maria Sainz is an author, speaker, ordained minister and spiritual mentor who has spent decades helping people move out of fear, broken identity and spiritual bondage into healing, freedom and purpose in Jesus Christ. Raised in a Catholic home, she spent years searching through other religions for the God she could sense but had not yet met. Her love of beauty drew her into architecture and design, with seasons of theater and ballet along the way. After graduating from UCLA, severe anxiety and insomnia brought her to the end of herself; a friend invited her to a church in Westwood, California, where she received Christ. Years later, at a healing meeting at a local Vineyard church, she was prayed for in a broom closet and received a powerful impartation from the Holy Spirit that not only healed her anxiety but ignited a gift of healing that has followed her ever since. Together with her husband Rick, Maria was ordained in San Diego and, in 2015, founded Red Seal Ministries. Five months into the ministry she was diagnosed with breast cancer and was miraculously healed on the last day of a two-week Global Awakening trip in Brazil with Randy Clark. She has since seen dozens healed of cancer tumors and hundreds set free from incurable diseases and demonic oppression. Today she hosts the yearly RESTORED healing and deliverance conferences, equips believers through online mentorships, and has now co-led Red Seal Ministries with Rick for over twelve years.
