Where gifts go
Donations support the general ministry of Red Seal Ministries: preparing and sharing teaching, producing testimony and creative work, equipping mentorship and discipleship, event and travel costs, and the administration required to run all of it responsibly.
Unless a gift is given in response to a specific, clearly named project or appeal, it is treated as an unrestricted gift and applied wherever the need is greatest.
Tax status & deductibility
Red Seal Ministries operates as a religious nonprofit ministry and intends for gifts to be tax-deductible in the United States to the extent permitted by law. Please confirm the current tax status and exemption details with us at hello@mariasainz.com before claiming a deduction; donors outside the United States should consult a tax advisor about the treatment of foreign gifts in their jurisdiction.
Nothing on this page is tax or legal advice. Please consult your own advisor for guidance on your situation.
No goods or services in exchange
Unless a specific event, product or item is clearly offered in exchange, no goods or services are provided in return for a donation. Where something is provided, the value will be described in the donation acknowledgement so the deductible portion can be calculated.
Receipts & records
On request, we will send a written acknowledgement of your gift for your records. Please email hello@mariasainz.com with the date and amount of your gift and the name it was made in.
Refunds & cancellations
Gifts are generally non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error (for example a duplicate transaction), contact us within 30 days and we will review the request.
